Synopsis
The nation of De La Pena runs on magic, and scattered across it are countless Magic Universities — research institutions where mages work under professors to develop new spells and tools. Auros Elgarden is 17 and sits at the very bottom when it comes to magical ability. He's not trying to push magic further or discover something new — he's writing a paper on how to make the process of raising magic output simpler and faster.
