Synopsis
A worthless, dead-weight F-Rank older brother who only holds back his S-Rank younger sibling.
After completely ruining his own life — and eventually pulling his brother down with him — he goes back in time and gets a title he didn't expect:
'Perfect Nurturer.'
Alright then. This time he'll keep his head down, stay out of the way, and quietly back up the talented ones from behind the scenes.
That was the plan, anyway. But the S-Ranks are starting to act a bit weird.
