Synopsis
Heartless: creatures with no feelings, no humanity — they move through the world like the undead, hurting people without reason or remorse. At some point they started showing up, and suddenly the world had a new kind of problem on its hands. To deal with them, the government set up a special body called the Special Disaster Prevention Agency. Han Jemyung works there, though not in any impressive capacity — he's about as low on the ladder as it gets. Then an old Heartless case that never got properly closed comes back around, and Jemyung is suddenly looking at losing…
