Synopsis
Xu Yang is broke and, after half-listening to a coworker go on about how much money film extras can make, decides to show up at a studio on some production lot without looking into it at all. He sits through round after round of interviews with the casting team and comes away pretty sure he has no business being in front of a camera. He's basically ready to walk out when the studio owner steps in and offers him something out of nowhere. A special short film. One month of work. 300,000 yuan. It feels off. Xu Yang knows it…
