Synopsis
Gongping — the name means justice in Chinese — is a cop who grew up in an orphanage. When a ruthless property developer bulldozed the place he called home, he had nothing left to do but pray to a goddess and beg her to strike the man dead. The goddess, apparently feeling generous and a little bit funny about it, sent a thunderbolt — straight down onto Gongping instead. He became a plant man. He slept for ten years.
