Synopsis
Baibalon is the worst territory in the entire country. Criminals, heretics, the sick, demihumans — people with nowhere else to go end up here. Now young Rize Baibalon has inherited the place as its new Lord, and his main concern is simply not dying. Whether or not his methods line up with the founding doctrine of the country is pretty far down his list of priorities.
