Synopsis
Chen Shen works his way into the inner circle of Bi Zhongliang, the secret service chief of the puppet regime. Operating under the codename "Sparrow," he passes information from the inside, and eventually manages to get his hands on the puppet regime's most closely guarded secret — a plan known as "Zero."
