Synopsis
Qu Chenzhou acted as the emperor's blade — and with a single sentence, destroyed the family of Prince Liu. He knew what that meant. He knew the prince would come for him. So he waited in the capital, year after year, carrying a debt he never expected to outlive. When the end finally came, he died as he intended: paying what he owed, asking for nothing. What he never saw was the prince holding his broken body in something very close to madness. A historical BL of power, guilt, and the grief that comes too late.
