Synopsis
The simulation theory—a theory that says the world is nothing more than a simulation program being run on some computer somewhere.
Kageyama is an engineer. He gets contacted by the owner of the computer running this simulation—our world—and asked whether he'd be willing to cut the human population down to less than half of what it is now. The answer feels pretty clear.
At least, it did before he found out what actually happens to mankind if he says no.
