Synopsis
A modern witch story told through two witches who couldn't be more different from each other. She was once called a genius. Now she's lost her magic and her memories both, and the sky she used to fly through is out of reach. The first girl: a student at Tokyo University of Arts and Music, strange in a way that's hard to explain — "Space Magician: Tsugumi." The second girl: the one who chased her all the way to Tokyo, pushy, a little too persistent, honestly kind of a stalker — "Witch of Justice: Rino." Together they get tangled up…
