Synopsis
In a fairy tale, the prince doesn't need deep hatred, or rage, or grief. Those belong to people like us — the ones outside the story, with all our messy, complicated feelings. Even in stories that aren't fairy tales, stories that try to go deeper into human emotion, the characters only ever feel what the story has already decided for them. They're like beautifully made dolls... But wouldn't a life like that be easier, in the end? A prince cursed by an evil sorcerer — on his twenty-seventh birthday, he will prick his finger on a sharp needle and fall…
