Synopsis
Demon Lords are beings chosen to wield overwhelming Unique Skills — they build labyrinths, command monsters, and feed on the despair of those who wander in.
That's how it's supposed to work, anyway.
Procell is a Demon Lord of Creation, and he's decided despair isn't really his thing. He'd rather harvest hope. So instead of a dark, malicious dungeon, he built a town — a proper, liveable, thriving town — and filled it with people.
This is the story of that strange Demon Lord: his methods, his thoughts, and the completely straight face he keeps while doing all of it.
