Synopsis
To clear his father's debts, cold and distant actor Tu Yan gets sold off to the second young master of the powerful Gu family. This alpha has a physical disability, and despite coming across as gentle and easygoing, Tu Yan treats him like something he scraped off the bottom of his shoe. Bitter about where his life has ended up, Tu Yan spends every day pushing for a divorce agreement.
Gu Chenbai, meanwhile, sees it as a contract marriage in name only — and also, somehow, love at first sight.
