Synopsis
Louie turned into a mythical dragon with the ability to move freely between Earth and the Otherworld whenever he pleased. From that point on, the races of the Otherworld grew in number. His lands were kept in order, the food was something else entirely, there was no shortage of things the world had never seen before, and his civilization and way of thinking were far ahead of everyone else.
