Synopsis
2066: a mycology team working under the Arctic ice found something—a fungal microbial network that had been there a very long time. 2070: the world caught a virus. Fungal spores learned to use fungi as carriers, and the spores spread. The planet went dark. Ninety percent of humanity got infected, their heads sprouted mushrooms, and they stopped being human.
