Synopsis
Himeko Kurusugawa and Chikane Himemiya are two high school girls attending the well-known Ototachibana Academy in the fictional Japanese village of Mahoroba. What they don't know — at least not yet — is that they're also the reincarnated solar and lunar mikos. When the ancient Orochi, the eight-headed Yamata no Orochi from Japanese folklore, stirs again, the sealed identities the girls have carried all along finally wake up, and the two of them find themselves standing between the world and what's coming for it.
