Synopsis
Somewhere in the east, there stands an odd little shop that has turned down a three Michelin star rating. Multiple times. The cost is steep. A soup and egg fried rice set runs you 288 RMB. Plus pickles come with it—almost forgot that part. Still, people queue for hours to get in. No reservations allowed. Walk-ins only, and you have to actually be standing there in line.
