Synopsis
After losing his city job, Lu Qingjiu decided to go back to the countryside and farm. It started simply enough. Then he noticed his pig could solve high school mathematics. Then he discovered his chickens were better fighters than him — by a factor of ten. Then there was the matter of Bai Yuehu, who lived nearby, watched Lu Qingjiu with a quality of attention that felt more like assessment than admiration, and seemed very interested in both the spicy stir-fry and its cook.
