Synopsis
The protagonist has languished at the bottom of the adventurer rankings for years, carrying a gift called 'Monster Devourer.' It sounds powerful. It isn't. All the ability does is let him eat monster meat without falling ill—hardly the kind of power that wins fights. He has no combat skills to speak of.
