Synopsis
Jū Jūzawa is a rough, troublemaking delinquent. Ame Ochibana is a weird girl who shows up out of nowhere and declares absolute loyalty to him. That's the setup.
The title "Denpa teki na Kanojo" translates roughly to "electromagnetic girlfriend," which ties into the denpa-kei subgenre — stories where strange, unsettling behavior gets blamed on electromagnetic waves affecting people.
