Synopsis
Alex ends up in the Ruin universe of Marvel Comics by accident. This place has no hope left in it. No superheroes exist here. Whatever should have given someone powers just kills them instead. Peter Parker got bitten by a spider and didn't become Spider-Man. He caught an infection and died in the street. When Alex finally gets out of that universe, he realizes something worse is already happening — the multiverse itself is falling apart. Every universe waiting for him is another apocalypse.
