Synopsis
Satou Ryouta worked himself to death at one of those black companies, and ended up reincarnated into another world. The catch is his level is stuck at 1 and there's nothing he can do about it. What he does have, though, is a unique skill that lets him drop items from monsters that flat out shouldn't exist in that world — cheat-level stuff that nobody else can get. He figures out his status, maxes everything out using ability-up items, and builds up a collection of weapons and gear that only he can use. Level 1 on paper, but his equipment…
