Synopsis
Xyia takes great pride in two things — her noble bloodline and the name the Moonlit Adventurers have built for themselves. Lyle, a commoner and the party's scholar, doesn't quite fit into either of those things she's proud of. So he decides to leave. Xyia doesn't take it well. She tells him straight — walk out on the Moonlit Adventurers and no other group worth anything will want him. She means it as a warning. Maybe she means it as a reason to stay. Lyle leaves anyway. The story sits with the tension between pride and social standing on one…
