Synopsis
By the year 3029, Earth had advanced far enough that national borders had dissolved and the whole planet operated under one government — the Federation — and things were, broadly speaking, going well. Then a massive sword fell from the sky, hit the sun, and sent shockwaves across everything. The scabbard, already old and worn, broke apart on impact and scattered pieces all over the universe. A good number of those pieces landed on Earth. Along with the sword and its fragments came something nobody had encountered before — a new kind of energy that people eventually called Spirit Qi.…
